These guides are all handmade in my shop. All nickel silver frames and bezels.

Red Agate or. Black Onyx available now. Size 9mm readily available and size 8mm micro stripping guides upon request. 

Available soon will be Honey colored Agates and Red Striped Agates also in 9 mm. 

So why 9mm? I believe this is the best size stripping guide for rods in the 4/5/6 range. The micro stripping guides would suit 2/3/4 weights.

Here’s another rod that recently went out to a customer to be used in the Farmington River. Fine tipped and medium action by request. Nice rod for in close and fishing small dry flies to sipping trout. Roasted maple reel seat with blackened shop made hardware. Medium flamed cane.

Here’s a rod that went out earlier this year. A 6’8” 3/4 weight. This is just a nice small stream rod to fish with. Med fast action within reasonable distances. Based on a vintage Heddon #20 taper. Variegated flame finish with a size 13/64th step down ferrule. Zebra wood spacer by request and red and black silks with a red agate stripping guide.
